DMCA Policy

ListCrawler Miami respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Site to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to valid notices of claimed copyright infringement.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content on the Site infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice to our Designated Agent (see contact info below). Your notice must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing โ including the URL or specific location on the Site so we can find it.
- Your contact information: full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Counter-Notification
If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location at which it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Miami-Dade County, Florida (or, if you are outside the U.S., any judicial district where the Site operator may be found), and that you accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice.
Repeat Infringers
It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances, to terminate the accounts or access of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
